Content Creator Apprenticeship - Level 3 - BBC Studios - Brand Demon Music - London (Digital Content)

Location: London – Television Centre; candidates must live within a commutable distance and travel to in-person learning blocks and apprenticeship-related activities as required.

Salary: £24,650 plus £5,441 London weighting.

What you will do

• Create trusted, high-quality content for hirify.global audiences.
• Research, write, produce and edit content across different subjects and platforms.
• Monitor audience trends and create social media content, including selecting and editing programme clips.
• Identify opportunities for short clips, behind-the-scenes content, interviews and talent-led extras.
• Attend on-the-job and off-the-job learning blocks, workshops, tutorials, presentations and group projects toward the Level 3 Content Creator qualification.

Requirements

• Fresh, creative ideas for engaging new audiences and a genuine interest in content across TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.
• Adaptability and versatility to work across serious issue-based content and high-energy entertainment.
• Organisation, motivation, collaboration and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for self-development and the discipline and commitment to complete the apprenticeship.
• Non-graduate status; the scheme is aimed at candidates without a degree.
• Must be at least 18 years old by the start of the apprenticeship in September 2027.
• Must have lived continuously in the UK for the three years before the apprenticeship starts and be legally eligible to work full-time in the UK for its full duration.
• Must not be enrolled in another apprenticeship. No prior learning is required.
• Applicants under 19 on 8 September 2027 must have, or obtain before the end-point assessment, Maths and English GCSE Grade 4/C or above, National 5 at C, Functional Skills Level 2 or an equivalent qualification.

• Existing relevant experience or qualifications may allow the individual learning plan to be adjusted and the apprenticeship to be completed in less time.
