Content Production Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the UK or EU; no relocation.

What you will do

• Plan and manage content production across multiple products from briefing through publication.
• Coordinate AI-assisted content generation, review, import into the CMS, quality checks, originality checks, and localization.
• Brief, manage, and review freelance writers, video producers, editors, instructional designers, and subject-matter experts.
• Own video production, including AI-generated video and captions.
• Track production timelines, capacity, budgets, and content performance.
• Build reusable, topic-agnostic production systems and use engagement insights to guide future content.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in content production or editorial management for digital products, ideally learning apps.
• Experience managing freelancers and remote experts at scale.
• Strong editorial skills and high standards for content quality.
• Hands-on experience with AI content and video tools.
• Excellent organization and experience running several projects simultaneously.
• Comfort with metrics and content performance analysis.
• Strong written communication and the ability to work autonomously in a remote, async environment.
• Comfort with ownership, transparency, and a results-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience producing bite-sized learning content such as courses, lessons, or quizzes.
• Experience with CMS-based content workflows.
• Experience producing content for multiple languages.
