HR Business Partner (Maternity Leave Replacement) (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Partner with managers and leaders across the Technology organization on day-to-day HR guidance and people-related matters.
• Support organizational planning, workforce planning, organizational changes, and team development initiatives.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, employee development, and team dynamics.
• Lead employee engagement activities, including surveys, feedback processes, and action planning.
• Drive employee lifecycle processes covering onboarding, performance reviews, career development, internal mobility, and offboarding.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and global HR teams on workforce planning, hiring, HR projects, and employee experience improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role within a global technology company.
• Experience partnering with managers and supporting employees across different organizational levels.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, including performance management, employee relations, career development, and organizational changes.
• Experience coaching managers and handling sensitive employee-related matters.
• Strong understanding of Israeli labor laws and employment practices.
• Experience supporting organizational change and driving HR projects.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR systems such as HiBob and Comeet.
• Experience in a cybersecurity or security-focused environment.
