People Business Partner

Location: Remote in Canada

Salary: CA$128,000–CA$176,000 plus a 15% annual target bonus

What you will do

• Partner with leaders, managers, and employees in Customer Advisory Services, Finance, and Legal to align people and business strategies.
• Advise employees and leaders across the employee lifecycle while applying clear HR processes.
• Support performance and talent reviews, compensation planning, performance management, career development, and leadership coaching.
• Contribute to organizational design, headcount planning, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with the broader People team and internal stakeholders to manage change and support a growing organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years as a People Business Partner supporting senior leadership in fast-paced, scaling organizations.
• Deep HR expertise and strong working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and best practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to turn complex, ambiguous situations into clear, actionable strategies.
• Data-driven approach with experience using people metrics and insights to design and execute talent strategies aligned with business goals.
• Ability to coach, partner with, and influence senior leadership and stakeholders with varying needs.
• Collaborative, resourceful, execution-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience supporting global, matrixed teams in the technology or SaaS sector.
• Experience partnering with Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services organizations.
