Senior Business Project Manager

Location: London, GB

Base salary: GBP 84,000–126,000 per year for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation.

What you will do

• Lead project delivery across the global Client Data Management agenda, from strategic framing through execution, change adoption, and benefits realization.
• Translate strategic priorities into project scope, milestones, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes across interdependent workstreams and regions.
• Coordinate business and technology delivery across the Life & Health value chain while managing dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Partner with sponsors, functional leaders, and senior stakeholders; facilitate governance and provide decision-ready reporting.
• Drive the evolution of client data processes, governance, accountabilities, and ways of working through practical change and implementation plans.
• Support capacity, capability, resource, funding, and project financial management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading projects and change initiatives, preferably within (re)insurance.
• Strong end-to-end project management experience across business and technology, including planning, governance, risk and dependency management, resource planning, and financial management.
• Ability to translate strategic direction into execution and shape an approach when the path forward is not fully defined.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions, regions, and seniority levels in a complex global organization.
• Experience delivering data and business transformation, including organizational and operating model design and implementation.

Nice to have

• Experience in Life & Health (re)insurance.
• Experience with client data or data-driven business initiatives.
• Project and change management certifications such as PMP, PROSCI, or Scrum.
