What you will do

• Lead operational improvement and business transformation programs from planning through delivery.
• Establish governance, reporting, project controls, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk management, and dependency tracking.
• Own the Special Application Request (SAR) solutions portfolio, driving development, standardisation, and ongoing management.
• Align Commercial and Manufacturing Operations stakeholders and support teams through organisational change.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Embed lessons learned, improve project management capability, and support strategic goals.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex transformation, operational improvement, or strategic projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning, and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and a track record of delivering cross-functional change.
• Ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Structured approach to governance, reporting, and project controls.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing, engineering, or operations experience.
• PRINCE2, PMP, or an equivalent project management qualification.
