Market Planner (MedTech)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days from the office

Salary: Minimum PLN 136,000 annually, with potential bonuses and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Own finished-goods inventory health and performance across assigned markets, balancing customer service, inventory investment, working capital, and productivity.
• Develop inventory, deployment, allocation, and demand-management strategies with Network Planning and Commercial teams.
• Monitor supply-chain KPIs including service levels, backorders, inventory turns, reserves, excess and obsolete inventory, and costs.
• Lead inventory balancing, redeployment, reduction, risk mitigation, and recovery initiatives.
• Manage purchase orders and inbound supply execution, including shipment tracking, expediting, and supplier or logistics issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply teams on escalations, product lifecycle activities, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field; Engineering is preferred.
• At least 2 years of planning experience in Supply, Demand, Inventory, or Deployment Planning, or 4–5 years in Customer Service, Transportation, Logistics, or other Supply Chain roles.
• Experience managing inventory and supply performance, including inventory optimization, allocation strategies, network balancing, and supply-risk mitigation.
• Strong knowledge of supply-chain planning, inventory management, deployment planning, and S&OE processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning systems such as Kinaxis Maestro, ERP platforms, and business-intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities, lead cross-functional discussions, handle escalations, and drive decisions in a matrix organization.
• English proficiency is required.
