Invoice Inspector (All Genders) (Logistics)

Location: Wrocław, Poland; hybrid setup with 60% of working time in the office and 40% from home. Up to 20 days of work abroad may be available in approved countries.

Salary: 100,000–125,000 PLN.

What you will do

• Review monthly fulfillment and transportation invoices against orders, completed work, quantities, prices, and contract coding, resolving discrepancies.
• Manage operational claims, perform financial synthesis and cost or price analysis, and report costs monthly.
• Control contract costs from order receipt through final account and contribute to framework contracts, rates, and service levels with partners.
• Ensure invoice and cost-control processes comply with legislation and company policies, remain auditable, and maintain confidential documentation.
• Identify and implement supply-chain cost-saving opportunities, negotiate and settle disputed claims, and maintain relationships with external partners.
• Drive invoice-verification automation and participate in improvement projects with Operations, Controlling, Accounting, and IT.

Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree in an economic field.
• Progressive experience in finance, controlling, procurement, consulting, or logistics roles involving substantial invoice-control interfaces; ideally 1–2 years in a similar position.
• Experience with invoices; logistics invoice experience is beneficial.
• Drive to improve and automate processes, with strong numeracy skills and a precise, proactive working style.
• Strong communication skills and experience with MS Office.
• In-depth knowledge of invoice-control methodology and industry standards.
• Experience with common project-management methods.
• Fluent English.
