SCM Service Delivery Manager (Procurement)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay service delivery, ensuring efficient, high-quality, compliant operations and agreed service levels.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Procurement Specialists.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to expand the service portfolio and improve customer satisfaction.
• Drive cost optimization, quality improvement, delivery performance, working-capital enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee procurement planning and execution, budget management, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Shared Services within a multinational organization, including at least 3 years of people leadership and team management.
• Strong understanding of operational procurement, sourcing, supplier management, contract management, and procurement best practices.
• Experience with Global Business Services, including SLAs and KPIs.
• Strong focus on service quality, cycle times, and continuous improvement.
• Proven experience managing service delivery, stakeholder expectations, and business priorities in an international environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, as well as Excel, Power BI, and procurement tools.
• Fluent Polish and English, written and spoken.
