Strategic Program Manager - Project Business (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives that support Project Business growth and translate business strategy into roadmaps, priorities, execution plans, and decision points.
• Coordinate international, multidisciplinary teams, establish ownership, monitor progress, and escalate dependencies and bottlenecks.
• Set up program governance, including milestones, deliverables, KPIs, success criteria, executive reporting, and decision cadences.
• Influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams to align priorities and drive execution across markets and functions.
• Structure blocked cross-functional topics, mobilize stakeholders, and drive issues to decisions and closure.
• Deploy AI-powered working methods, including Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI, to automate reporting, improve decisions, and increase productivity.

Requirements

• Experience working directly with senior leadership teams, structuring complex topics, and preparing executive recommendations.
• Proven delivery of complex cross-functional transformation programs and measurable business results from strategy execution.
• Structured approach to risk management, project governance, and performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, program management, business structuring, and execution skills.
• Experience with Agile and traditional project methodologies.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and proven ability to use Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI in a business environment.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong execution focus, autonomy, ownership, judgment, discretion, executive communication, influencing, stakeholder management, customer orientation, and change leadership.

• Experience in electrical, industrial, construction, infrastructure, or solution-based businesses.
