Staff Content Designer (AI)

Location: Onsite; based in Stockholm, New York City, or London

What you will do

• Define Legora’s product voice, principles, naming, and terminology.
• Design conversational and agentic experiences, including instructions, confirmations, progress updates, interruptions, handoffs, results, sources, and uncertainty.
• Write and shape in-product content with product designers on high-stakes product surfaces.
• Build content standards into design-system guidelines, automated PR checks, and guidance for designers and agents.
• Turn content judgment into instructions, examples, and evaluations that help coding and design agents produce on-voice copy.
• Partner with Brand and Product Marketing, and audit language using customer feedback and product data.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a content designer or UX writer on complex, high-stakes software products.
• Experience designing conversational or AI-driven experiences.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with systems thinking and the ability to build scalable content frameworks.
• Ability to extract usable vocabulary from lawyers and legal engineers in an unfamiliar domain.
• Fluency in modern product development practices and use of AI tools in the workflow.
• Experience working in code, comfort with docs-as-code, and experience writing and owning agent skill files.
• Ability to support content decisions with evidence and gain alignment from product, engineering, and leadership.
• Experience managing high-demand workflows across cross-functional teams, including project management and expectation setting.
• Fluent English required.
