Senior Delivery Support Specialist (Logistics)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; office-based role with business travel required.

What you will do

• Manage ad-hoc topics and initiatives within the Operations stream.
• Collaborate with technology and product teams to improve systems and implement new functionalities.
• Create and interpret operational reports and prepare periodic reviews of process efficiency and cost analysis using Lean Management principles.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and quality standards across the supply chain.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics operations and courier delivery services.
• Understanding of operational and administrative processes within a courier or logistics company.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, meet deadlines, manage tasks, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Highly developed communication, problem-solving, analytical, innovation, and proactive skills.
• Practical English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Valid category B driver's license and willingness to travel for business.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with shipment tracking systems and applications.
• Familiarity with SQL.
