Content Creator Apprenticeship - Level 3 - BBC Studios - Global Content Audio - London

Location: London - Television Centre; candidates must live within a commutable distance, have lived in the UK continuously for the last three years, and be legally eligible to work full-time in the UK. The role includes travel to in-person learning blocks and apprenticeship-related activities where necessary.

Salary: £24,650 plus £5,441 London weighting.

hirify.global Studios creates and distributes television, audio and digital content, with hirify.global Studios Audio producing podcasts, vodcasts, radio, drama, factual, comedy and entertainment programming.

What you will do

• Research, write, produce and edit trusted, high-quality content for hirify.global audiences.
• Develop audio, video, written and social media content for different platforms.
• Monitor audience trends and select and edit programme clips for social media.
• Identify opportunities for short clips, behind-the-scenes content, interviews and talent-led extras.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals and expert teams while completing practical learning blocks and group projects.

Requirements

• Be 18 or older by the start of the apprenticeship in September 2027.
• Have lived in the UK continuously for the three years before the apprenticeship starts.
• Be legally eligible to work full-time in the UK for the entire 15-month apprenticeship.
• Not be enrolled in another apprenticeship programme.
• Be a non-graduate; no prior learning is required.
• Bring creative ideas for engaging new audiences and follow content across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.
• Be adaptable, versatile, organised, motivated, collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Show the discipline and commitment required to complete the apprenticeship.
• Candidates under 19 on 8 September 2027 must have or achieve the specified Maths and English GCSE, National 5, Functional Skills Level 2 or equivalent requirements.

• Existing relevant experience or qualifications may allow the individual learning plan to be adjusted and the apprenticeship to be completed sooner.
