Senior Manager Procurement – Super Circle Lead Procurement Hubs

Location: Katowice (Zabrska 19), Poland. Other location: Warszawa (Pańska 97).

Expected salary: 22 700 PLN–30 000 PLN per month.

What you will do

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for a key part of the Procurement organisation.
• Build high-performing teams, clarify accountability, empower managers, and develop future leadership capabilities.
• Build a scalable service delivery organisation, align capacity with business demand, and support the transition to a next-generation Procurement organisation.
• Lead category management transformation and translate business and Procurement strategy into priorities, objectives, and execution plans.
• Drive business value through commercial opportunities, market knowledge, supplier capabilities, strategic relationships, and business needs.
• Steer performance, resource allocation, automation, continuous improvement, stakeholder relationships, and responsible management of commercial, contractual, operational, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management, combined with significant procurement leadership experience.
• Strong track record of leading managers and senior professionals and building high-performing teams.
• Experience developing leaders and talent, creating ownership, and building organisational capabilities.
• Ability to translate business and Procurement strategy into clear direction, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading complex procurement portfolios, major sourcing initiatives, and strategic supplier relationships.
• Understanding of how Procurement creates value beyond savings, balancing commercial value, risk, sustainability, innovation, and business outcomes.
• Ability to operate in a complex international organisation and connect people across functions, countries, and organisational boundaries.
• Strategic thinking, strong execution mindset, sound decision-making in complex and ambiguous situations, and experience in transformation and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, commercial, negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
