Content Creator Apprenticeship - Level 3 - Employer Brand - London - EXTEND

Location: London Broadcasting House; you must live within a commutable distance of the role and be legally eligible to work full-time in the UK for the entire apprenticeship.

Salary: £24,650 plus £5,441 London Weighting.

What you will do

• Create trusted, high-quality content for hirify.global audiences and careers channels.
• Research, write, produce and edit content across video, audio and written formats.
• Monitor audience trends and create social media content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Select and edit programme clips and identify opportunities for short clips, behind-the-scenes moments, interviews and talent-led extras.
• Collaborate with the social media lead, experienced professionals and expert teams while completing the Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship.

Requirements

• Identify as deaf, disabled or neurodivergent and meet the relevant Equality Act 2010 or Disability Discrimination Act 1995 definition.
• Be at least 18 by the apprenticeship start in September 2027.
• Have lived continuously in the UK for the three years before the apprenticeship begins.
• Be legally eligible to work full-time in the UK for the full duration of the apprenticeship.
• Be a non-graduate and not currently enrolled in another apprenticeship; no prior learning is required.
• Bring creative ideas, follow content across TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, and adapt between serious issue-based content and high-energy entertainment.
• Be collaborative, organised, motivated, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Show the discipline and commitment required to complete the apprenticeship.
• Candidates under 19 on 8 September 2027 must have Maths and English GCSE Grade 4/C or above, National 5 at C, Functional Skills Level 2 or equivalent, or must achieve Functional Skills Level 2 before the end-point assessment.

Nice to have

• Existing relevant experience or qualifications, which may allow the individual learning plan to be adjusted and the apprenticeship to be completed sooner.
