Dream Internship - Product Supply Intern (Manufacturing)

Location: Bangkok Plant, Thailand; on-site manufacturing and production environment

What you will do

• Support day-to-day production and operational activities within Product Supply.
• Assist with manufacturing process improvements focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Support quality assurance and production activities to ensure products meet required standards.
• Analyze production and operational data to identify issues, insights, and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in process improvement, automation, and operational excellence projects.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams.

Requirements

• Third- or fourth-year university student in Engineering or a related field.
• Alternatively, a Master's student in any field who will graduate in 2027, preferably in a business-related field, with no work experience.
• Available to join the full program from May 2027 through July 2027 for 10 weeks.
• Proven leadership through envisioning, direction setting, enrolling others, problem solving, creativity and innovation, initiative and follow-through, communication, and priority setting.
• Fluent English and Thai.
• Able and willing to work at a P&G manufacturing site as required.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing and production environment.
