Supervisor Logistics

Location: Ban Mueang Thai, Samut Prakan, Thailand; onsite at Bangpoo Industrial Estate

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency, customer service, and cost-effectiveness.
• Supervise shipping, receiving, inventory management, distribution, order fulfillment, and daily and weekly loading operations.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams in Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance.
• Lead logistics workforce scheduling and resource utilization while maintaining productivity, safety, and occupational health standards.
• Ensure compliance with laws, company policies, TAPA, CTPAT, and established operating procedures.
• Improve customs formalities and process flows, maintain SOPs, and resolve or escalate operational issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics Management, Logistics Engineering, or any field.
• At least 5 years of logistics or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize under pressure, make critical decisions, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial awareness, entrepreneurial thinking, a growth mindset, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Professional supply chain certification such as APICS, CPIM, or CSCP.
