Sourcing Leader (Indirect Procurement)

Location: Älmhult, Sweden; Warsaw, Poland; or Delft, Netherlands. No relocation is offered.

hirify.global is building a new Indirect Procurement organisation across Inter hirify.global Group companies, with stronger business integration and a dedicated Sourcing organisation.

What you will do

• Lead complex RFx, supplier selections, negotiations, and contracting across Machinery, Energy, Digital, and Professional Services.
• Translate business needs and segment direction into effective sourcing approaches across indirect procurement segments and supplier markets.
• Create competitive setups, challenge established solutions, and balance cost, quality, sustainability, risk, and business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Legal, Finance, and procurement colleagues on challenging supplier and commercial situations.
• Coach Sourcing Specialists and help develop common sourcing processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Apply e-auctions, digital sourcing, automation, and autonomous sourcing where they add value.

Requirements

• Strong experience in sourcing, procurement, or category management.
• Experience in two or more indirect procurement segments, preferably Machinery, Energy, Digital, and/or Professional Services.
• A strong track record of leading complex sourcing activities and negotiations.
• Good understanding of supplier markets, commercial agreements, and cost drivers.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and balancing different business needs.
• Strong commercial and analytical thinking.
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and create clarity in complex situations.
