Engineer - Yield Enhancement (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Drive process integration, device, and yield improvement for technology development and transferred product projects.
• Analyze engineering-sample yield, product performance, manufacturing yield windows, and bench correlation to support product cost targets.
• Mine and statistically analyze wafer-sort, final-test, Etest, and WAT data for initial product evaluation and yield improvement.
• Identify defect sources and continuously improve probe yield, final-test yield, product quality, testing, and logistics operations.
• Collaborate with product, test, technology, foundry, and external teams; resolve test-procedure issues and execute DOE-based improvement projects.
• Manage complex projects independently while implementing continuous improvement projects and meeting technical objectives.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of technology development experience in process integration, device, and yield engineering.
• Excellent English communication, yield-improvement logic, and decision-making skills.
• Passion for collaborating with internal and external teams to clarify quality and yield problems and propose continuous improvement activities.
• Basic product knowledge of MCU, NVM, HV/Sensor, Network/Ethernet, Data Center, or ASIC products.
• Proven leadership capabilities in multicultural and cross-functional team environments.
• JMP scripting skills or the ability to use JMP.
• Travel requirement: 0%–25%.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of FINFET, NVM, or BCD/HV technologies.
• Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Material Science.
