APAC Foundry Operations Senior Principal Engineer (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Lead the release and transfer of process options at foundries.
• Collaborate with foundries, NXP technology groups, business lines, and other stakeholders to qualify and release processes.
• Lead projects toward timely completion to support business needs.
• Make decisions on process integration, resource planning, project schedules, logistics, and supplier relationships.
• Manage relationships with foundries and maximize leverage from foundry partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or MSc degree in physics, materials engineering, or electrical engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of semiconductor physics, process development, and manufacturing.
• More than 10 years of experience in semiconductor process integration, working in foundry production or development teams.
• Hands-on experience leading teams responsible for development, transfer, or production projects.
• Broad knowledge of process integration, product testing, reliability testing, tapeouts, and device physics.
• Good communication skills and the ability to influence and steer discussions.
• Proactive, creative, pragmatic, enterprising, and results-driven working attitude.
• Familiarity with managing and working with foundries.
