Process Engineer

What you will do

• Drive manufacturing performance against safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
• Monitor daily production operations and support customer delivery and operational objectives.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for production, process, and quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase productivity, yield, cycle time, equipment utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Own area KPI performance, develop action plans, and sustain improvements through data analysis.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams; maintain procedures, work instructions, process controls, and support technical training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, production support, or continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, SPC, FMEA, or related methodologies.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
