Senior Engineer, Product Test (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Maintain production lines, improve yield, manage production tooling, and maintain production programs.
• Debug and transfer D10/Diamond 10 and DX/Diamond X production programs to the S100 platform, and maintain S100 programs.
• Manage production tooling vendors, track fabrication timelines, and troubleshoot hardware issues on the production line.
• Maintain OSAT production yield and work with foundry PE and TE teams to resolve low-yield lot issues.
• Support RMA analysis, production data tracking, and shipment request tracking.

Requirements

• BSEE degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience as a Product and Test Engineer.
• Experience developing and debugging S100 platform production programs.
• Strong understanding of ATE test programming principles.
• Proficiency with quality procedures and documentation.
• Ability to read schematics and use oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.
• Basic mass-production tooling repair capabilities.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with D10/Diamond 10 or DX/Diamond X platform production program development and debugging.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as JMP.
