Architectural Technician (BIM)

Location: Work from home in the Philippines, with a required schedule of 9:00 AM–6:00 PM AEST / 6:00 AM–3:00 PM PHT.

What you will do

• Develop, modify, and maintain detailed architectural models using BIM tools.
• Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards and requirements.
• Manage and coordinate BIM data across multiple project teams.
• Perform clash detection and model validation using coordination software.
• Support data-driven workflows and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align design intent and technical requirements.
• Maintain BIM documentation and version control, and support BIM standards, protocols, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in architectural drafting, BIM modeling, or related roles.
• High-level proficiency in Revit.
• Strong experience with Solibri for model checking and coordination.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and data management principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in project teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve model inconsistencies.
• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
