BIM Modeler (Revit)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel required at 10–15%.

Compensation range: $65,000–.

What you will do

• Produce structural drawings and Revit models that meet quality standards, including advanced modeling, complex geometry, detailed components, special condition elements, and complex Revit families.
• Perform quality control on personal work and project or design modelers' work.
• Perform takeoffs, develop target value models, and ensure construction documents are accurately represented in the model.
• Create and communicate sprint plans, estimate task hours, execute deliverables, and manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Coordinate design changes and model challenges with other disciplines, project teams, and clients.
• Participate in continuing education and improve materials, markets, project types, BIM standards, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with strong structural modeling capabilities.
• Working knowledge of BIM standards, modeling procedures, and coordination workflows.
• Ability to develop detailed structural drawings and construction documentation.
• Strong understanding of structural systems and construction methods.
• Experience with complex modeling, parametric families, and advanced Revit tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and shifting project priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external clients.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with project goals and standards.
