Supply & Inventory Planner (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Develop and manage supply and inventory plans for Australia and New Zealand to optimise stock levels and customer service.
• Monitor inventory performance, analyse trends, and prevent shortages and excess inventory.
• Coordinate international shipments, local purchasing, stock transfers, and annual stocktake processes.
• Maintain supply chain master data and accurate operational and inventory reports.
• Develop and automate KPIs and reporting tools using SAP, SQL, Power BI, and other systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams, overseas colleagues, suppliers, and logistics providers while supporting continuous improvement and strategic supply chain projects.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or S&OP environments.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and provide practical recommendations.
• Experience with supply and inventory planning processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Power BI.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
