Vaccines Specialist, Health and Science Professional (Vaccines)

Location: Remote - Field Based in the United States, with regular live customer engagement across Wynnewood, Bryn Mawr, Havertown, Springfield, Broomall, and Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. Must live within 25 miles of the territory border and reside within the territory boundaries is preferred. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.

Annual base salary: $76,000–$199,600, plus a quarterly Sales Incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Promote the Vaccines Portfolio and drive sales across the assigned territory and relevant customer channels.
• Engage customers face to face and virtually, building relationships with healthcare professionals, Therapeutic Area Specialists, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Develop and execute territory call plans and live or virtual engagement strategies.
• Use reports, analytics, market knowledge, and customer insights to identify and implement business opportunities.
• Provide compliant product and disease-state information and patient resources using approved materials.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management, and other cross-functional colleagues while completing administrative and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activity, small business ownership or entrepreneurship, marketing, customer service, account management, relevant healthcare or scientific roles, education, or full-time military service; alternatively, an associate’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or a high school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Must live within 25 miles of the territory border.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record compliant with company standards are required; any DUI/DWI or other impaired-driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies candidates.
• Candidates must be authorized to work permanently in the U.S.; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, or medical-related marketing experience.
• Prior vaccines experience and knowledge of the Vaccines therapeutic area and products.
• Strong sales or marketing results, territory management, communication, teamwork, leadership, and accountability skills.
• Knowledge of customers and markets within the posted territory, including prescribers, healthcare professionals, institutions, and organizations.
• Residence within the territory boundaries.
