Principal Program Manager, Commercial (Fintech)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; remote role supporting APAC and international teams across time zones, with international travel approximately 4–5 times per year.

What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional programs supporting commercial strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and strategic client implementations.
• Partner with APAC Commercial leadership and customer-facing teams to execute priorities and align regional and global objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency and enable scalable growth.
• Develop internal communication plans, facilitate leadership meetings, and coordinate deliverables across Commercial teams.
• Manage concurrent projects across international teams and time zones, maintaining priorities, stakeholder alignment, and timely execution.
• Establish reporting frameworks, define success metrics, analyze performance, and guide project management and execution practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, or customer-facing implementations.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Expertise in program planning, execution, process improvement, and performance measurement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive effective solutions.
• Fluency with generative AI models such as ChatGPT and Claude, prompt development, and agentic workflows, with the ability to apply AI-powered solutions to operational and business processes.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams and accommodate international time zones when needed; willingness to travel internationally approximately 4–5 times per year.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services and interest in the global payments ecosystem.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack.
