Senior Project Manager (Product)

Location: Bogotá, Colombia. Currently fully remote, with a future transition to a hybrid setup.

hirify.global is a hyper-growth Series C fintech building an AI-powered conversational financial companion for Latinos in the US, including remittances, credit, savings, and wallet services through real-time financial infrastructure and crypto rails.

What you will do

• Own quarterly planning, OKR definition, initiative alignment, prioritization inputs, key-date calendars, and executive readouts.
• Run the weekly operating cadence, consolidating metrics, status updates, engineering reports, risks, dependencies, and leadership review materials.
• Establish ClickUp as the single source of truth and maintain operational hygiene across squads.
• Standardize experimentation guidelines and governance for rigorous product iteration.
• Design and launch at least two major AI-powered operational upgrades, including automated status reporting and workflow optimization.
• Coordinate cross-squad programs involving AI security policies, compliance visibility, change management, and planning architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program and project management experience in fast-paced technology or fintech environments, including end-to-end planning cycles, dependency mapping, and risk mitigation.
• Extensive experience designing and running operating cadences including OKRs, quarterly planning, offsites, and weekly executive reviews.
• Professional fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish for cross-border communication across Latin American and US teams.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, remove manual status reporting, and improve operational speed.
• Ability to align cross-functional leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, and the C-suite without formal authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a structured approach to presenting complex updates to leadership.
• Deep familiarity with ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Google Sheets, and executive dashboards.
• Strong prioritization, judgment under ambiguity, follow-through, and focus on operational predictability.
• Equivalent competencies in the listed areas may also be considered.
