What you will do

• Lead current-state process mapping, discovery, research, and redesign for key Professional Services products.
• Design future-state operational processes and recommend changes that improve client onboarding and product enablement.
• Create change-strategy frameworks and execute change management to support scalable adoption of new technology solutions.
• Collaborate with enterprise-wide, cross-functional teams to plan and deploy tools and processes for client management, consultation, and solution development.
• Create artifacts and visual frameworks for software and agentic practices.
• Evaluate business-case assumptions and define measurement methodologies.

Requirements

• Experience designing and deploying enterprise-wide process changes through technology enablement.
• Ability to build tactical solutions aligned with a strategic framework and vision.
• Strong problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to evaluate operational frameworks and quickly identify effective changes.
• Experience in process optimization, change management, and agile software development.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams around shared goals and short- and long-term program objectives.
• Proven ability to find alternative paths when facing roadblocks or adversity.
