Sr Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Dongguan, Guangdong, China

Salary: CNY 14,000–20,000 per month

What you will do

• Develop and design products from concept through defined, manufacturable product, including project management and technical issue resolution.
• Develop doll hair, including rooting, grooming, and related tools.
• Lead development activities and solve issues throughout the product development process.
• Coordinate with relevant functions to ensure products can be manufactured and delivered on time and to requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive product and process innovation that improves cost and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• More than 2 years of relevant engineering follow-up experience in the toy or manufacturing industry; manufacturing plant experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with leaders across the company.
• Good knowledge of SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, and related tools.
• Good English reading and writing skills are required; English proficiency equivalent to CET-4 or above is expected.
