Production Engineering Specialist (Smart Power)

What you will do

• Optimize assembly methods, production processes, cycle times, equipment performance, and materials to support quality, efficiency, cost, safety, and production targets.
• Define working sequences for new production processes to meet product cost and equipment investment budgets.
• Identify and implement process improvement projects while meeting timeline, quality, and cost requirements.
• Approve internally and externally developed process designs, perform final project tests, and support process and equipment start-up.
• Evaluate new process technologies, lead testing activities, define approval criteria, and select external providers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on equipment requirements and develop process, layout, mechanical, electrical, and IT technical schemes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in lean production, process optimization, or new product/process development.
• Experience in the ACB and MCCB area is a plus.
• Ability to design and lead automation lines, plan and develop equipment, and conduct technical evaluations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and PFMEA tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Leadership in change management, strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet tight project deadlines.
