Project PA Planning & Scheduling Engineer (Mechanical Assembly)

What you will do

• Lead preassembly project execution and follow project progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Optimize assembly processes and support production planning development.
• Monitor project work hours and cost performance to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate 5S, standardization, visualization, and lean improvement initiatives.
• Support QHSE development projects through execution, reviews, and progress follow-up.

Requirements

• College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in large mechanical equipment assembly and project management.
• Good understanding of assembly processes, tools, and fixtures.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with daily English communication capability.
• Experience in lean development or continuous improvement projects.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly environments and the ability to balance planning, execution, cost control, and continuous improvement activities.
