Technical Account Manager – LATAM (Spanish-Speaking)

Location: Fully remote, based in LATAM

What you will do

• Partner with sales post-sale in LATAM to maintain account continuity and support renewals and expansion.
• Lead technical deployment, onboarding, and rollout of new platform capabilities.
• Act as the primary customer contact, resolve issues, and maintain a high-quality customer experience.
• Build long-term customer relationships, introduce features, gather feedback, and lead roadmap discussions.
• Surface security insights, guide feature adoption, and help customers realize the platform’s value.
• Advocate for customer needs across Product Management and Technical Support.

Requirements

• 3+ years in customer-facing SaaS roles, including Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, or similar experience.
• Professional/business fluency in Spanish and professional-level English required.
• Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or DevOps, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience leading technical projects, managing cloud deployments, and driving feature adoption.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
