Program Specialist, EMR Implementations (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $85,360–$106,700 per year, plus a discretionary annual bonus may be available.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of new EMR integrations and upgrades from kickoff through go live.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate execution across Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and customer stakeholders.
• Manage implementation communications, status updates, issue resolution, and customer enablement and training.
• Ensure configurations meet customer requirements, technical standards including HL7 and compendium management, and regulatory considerations.
• Co-lead go-live readiness, transition customers to post-implementation support, and conduct post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in project management or implementation roles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Understanding of HIPAA and the importance of patient-data privacy.
• Ability to coordinate technical or healthcare data integrations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with major healthcare EMRs such as Epic, Cerner, or OncoEMR.
