Member Engagement Consultant I (Healthcare)

Location: Telecommuter; hiring is limited to Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Salary: $54,400–$87,000 national range; $62,000–$99,200 national-plus range for higher-cost labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.

What you will do

• Support the implementation of member engagement strategies, campaigns, and initiatives aligned with business and corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with consultants, project teams, and cross-functional partners on planning, implementation, and timely completion of projects.
• Identify trends, analyze information, monitor compliance, and contribute to recommendations and program improvements.
• Coordinate internal and external project communications and collateral throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and distribute updates on performance and progress for member engagement initiatives.
• Provide project information to committees and project teams, offer peak-load and backup support, and complete special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or three years of relevant business experience.
• Two years of experience supporting projects, programs, or business initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; MS Project and Visio may be required for the assignment.
• Sound judgment, issue identification, and the ability to contribute to effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize work, manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build working relationships across teams and organizational levels.
• Ability to understand, analyze, and apply concepts related to project management, business operations, and healthcare.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Nice to have

• Experience in the healthcare industry and knowledge of factors influencing healthcare organizations and consumers.
• Two years of member engagement, member experience, customer engagement, or related experience.
