UX/UI Designer (Ad Tech)

Location: Fully remote, with the option to work from anywhere; listed locations include Bucharest, Warsaw, Kyiv, Prague and Italy.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end UX/UI design across multiple client projects, from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity interfaces.
• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing and data analysis to understand requirements and validate decisions.
• Translate complex business requirements into wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Design responsive, accessible and technically feasible interfaces aligned with design principles and WCAG.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers and QA teams; present design decisions to clients and iterate based on feedback and data.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end web and mobile application design.
• Deep understanding of user-centred design, interaction design and visual design fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and component libraries.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and advocate for user-focused solutions.
• Familiarity with AI tools in the design process; ability to work independently, manage time and communicate asynchronously.
• Fluent English at C1 level with excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing interactions.
• Experience collaborating with geographically distributed, multicultural teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in a digital software agency or software development company.
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding for collaboration with developers.
• Familiarity with prototyping and usability testing tools.
• Domain expertise in fintech, Ad Tech, iGaming, healthcare or e-commerce.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools such as Cursor or Claude Code for prototyping and interactive concepts.
