Senior/Lead UX/UI Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Design intuitive UX/UI for CMS and LMS platforms, AI-powered authoring and learning companions, content-creator tools, and end-user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing; create user scenarios, CJMs, wireframes, prototypes, and UI kits.
• Lead UX/UI designers, participate in hiring and mentoring, evaluate strengths, and allocate work.
• Establish and optimize design workflows, estimate design efforts, and plan resources across projects.
• Contribute to product and design strategies, manage goals and deadlines, and oversee delivery across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, project managers, analysts, scrum teams, and engineers.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI) working on B2B SaaS products.
• Deep expertise in UX design, UI design, prototyping, and Figma.
• Strong experience with design systems and their practical application in product design.
• Proven ability to collaborate with scrum teams, product managers, and engineers.
• Strong portfolio showing B2B SaaS design work, including the process and final deliverables.
• Excellent attention to detail and a user-centered design approach.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships, trust, and open communication to gather feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience designing data products such as analytics tools or dashboards.
• Proficiency in complex data visualizations or enterprise-level workflows.
