Senior Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Drive the design and experience of an AI-powered product from research and strategic direction through detailed design and delivery.
• Bring products together into a coherent experience for employees and administrators.
• Explore AI-supported approaches to research, design, prototyping, and development, and help the design team evolve its AI practices.
• Own design work end to end, from ambiguous problems to shipped solutions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, customers, customer-facing teams, other designers, and senior stakeholders to guide decisions and establish a strong design voice.

Requirements

• Experience leading design work, defining strategy, and working with senior stakeholders; no minimum number of years is required.
• Ability to move between product and business strategy, research, UX, UI, systems, and delivery.
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped product design work rather than primarily marketing websites, with clear decisions, trade-offs, and impact.
• Strong UI and UX fundamentals, product judgment, and understanding of business context.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into evidence-based direction, make strategic decisions, prioritize effectively, and challenge assumptions.
• Experience working directly with customers and customer-facing teams to identify friction and needs.
• Confident use of Figma, including components and design systems.
• Genuine interest in AI and existing experimentation with how it can improve design work; strong design fundamentals must predate AI-focused work.
• Professional English communication skills required.
• Willingness to remain hands-on rather than focusing mainly on reviewing other people’s work.
