Corporate Recruiter (AI)

Location: Remote, US. Other location: Lehi, Utah, United States.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting and partner with senior leaders across Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, and other business organizations.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans to identify diverse candidate pools for assigned roles.
• Track recruiting metrics, analyze hiring progress, and report results to business leadership.
• Introduce creative and scalable improvements to recruiting strategies and processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, People Operations, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to deliver a holistic candidate experience and close talent.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience filling roles in areas such as Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, and/or Sales.
• Ability to identify and qualify diverse candidates through LinkedIn, resume reviews, and other creative sourcing methods.
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence and guide senior leaders.
• Positive attitude, willingness to support special projects, and ability to work effectively and independently.
• Strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, ownership, initiative, and ability to deliver results.
