Senior Data Analyst

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid 4/1 model with 30 days of occasional remote work

What you will do

• Maintain and develop company-wide periodic reports as a single source of truth for executive decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets and deliver insights that support organizational goals, new features, and business initiatives.
• Lead data initiatives and projects while coordinating collaboration across finance, business, analytics, and data science teams.
• Maintain and optimize ETL/ELT processes for cost and processing efficiency.
• Support the data engineering team with repository updates and data pipeline operations.

Requirements

• At least 3–4 years of experience working with large datasets as a Data Engineer, Technical Analyst, or in a related role.
• Expert-level SQL skills and proficiency in Python for large-scale data work.
• Experience with Airflow and Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery.
• Experience applying engineering practices such as clean code, code review, and CI/CD.
• High autonomy, proactive problem-solving, and strong cross-functional relationship-building skills.
• English proficiency at least at B2 level.
• Interest in sharing knowledge with other team members.
