As we continue to scale and build the next generation of high-performance platform technologies, we’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our mission and turn complex player, operational, and financial data into actionable strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and self-service analytics models using modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
• Analyze large-scale, high-velocity datasets (player behavior, transactional data, game performance) to identify key growth drivers and operational bottlenecks.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leadership to translate complex business queries into clear, data-driven strategies and metrics frameworks.
• Design, analyze, and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to support product features and platform optimization.
• Build robust SQL queries, data models, and analytical pipelines in cloud data warehouses (e.g., PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, BigQuery, or Snowflake).
• Define, track, and monitor key platform and business KPIs (LTV, CAC, Retention, Churn, GGR/NGR, ARPU) to ensure high platform health and profitability.
• Participate in cross-functional data governance, ensuring data quality, privacy compliance, and single-source-of-truth accuracy across systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer working with complex, large-scale systems.
• Mastery of SQL (advanced window functions, query optimization, complex joins, and schema design).
• Strong proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automated insights processing.
• Proven experience with BI & Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) building intuitive, executive-ready dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS Redshift).
• Solid foundation in applied statistics, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Demonstrated product and business mindset — ability to connect deep analytical findings to tangible user experience, reliability, and business impact.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous datasets and turn raw data into concise executive summaries.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
