What you will do

• Create reports by analyzing data from multiple sources for various stakeholders.
• Lead the development of dashboards, reports, and data models supporting business strategy.
• Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Use AI tools and automation to streamline data preparation, accelerate querying, and optimize reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting standards while ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Mentor junior analysts, implement data-driven process improvements, present findings to senior leadership, and maintain process documentation.

Requirements

• Degree qualification, preferably with a strong focus on business and technology.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Google Suite tools.
• Experience using AI tools to automate data transformation and accelerate analytics workflows.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High diligence with a focus on accuracy and quality in deliverables.
• Self-motivation and a continuous improvement mindset.
