Global Pharmacovigilance Data Analyst

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days from the office.

Salary: minimum 112,000 PLN annually.

What you will do

• Generate accurate periodic and ad-hoc reports from the pharmacovigilance database.
• Develop, validate, and standardize SQL and PL/SQL queries.
• Support automation solutions using VBA and AI.
• Translate business needs into reliable reporting solutions and improve Cognos-based reporting tools, processes, and systems.
• Investigate data-quality issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution.
• Collaborate with PV Technology, Safety Writing, Regulatory, IT, and other global functions.

Requirements

• Curiosity, logical and critical thinking, self-motivation, ownership, and a strong learning mindset.
• Experience with pharmacovigilance database reporting, SQL, and data analysis.
• Ability to interpret complex data and explain findings clearly.
• Strong collaboration, organization, and attention to data quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cognos reporting tools.
• Knowledge of VBA or other reporting automation technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Japanese.
