Incogni Data Team Lead (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; office work is encouraged with up to two remote days per week, alongside a work-from-almost-anywhere policy.

Gross salary: 28,500–32,000 PLN/month, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Define and drive the analytics strategy across acquisition channels and the core app experience, linking growth initiatives to business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Analysts by coaching them, removing blockers, and supporting career growth.
• Partner with executive, Product, Marketing, Mobile, design, and engineering stakeholders to turn growth and engagement challenges into measurable improvements.
• Own end-to-end data solutions spanning attribution, funnel instrumentation, event modeling, and decision-oriented dashboards.
• Improve analytics workflows and infrastructure while building an efficient, outcome-oriented, high-trust culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing analytics teams.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and shaping strategy through data.
• Solid knowledge of modern analytics tools and methods, including SQL, experimentation, and statistical reasoning.
• Awareness of how AI and LLMs are changing the way teams work with data.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into clear analytical plans and drive them to measurable outcomes.
• High standards for clarity, structure, and precision in analysis and communication.
• Confidence working in ambiguity and bringing structure where it is missing.
