Warehouse Operations Specialist (AI Robotics)

Location: On-site in Warsaw, Poland

Salary: PLN 10,000–14,000 gross per month under a UoP employment contract.

What you will do

• Take full ownership of the Warsaw warehouse and manage receiving, unloading, quantity and quality checks.
• Prepare and pack goods for shipment according to orders, organize stock efficiently, and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Operate the WMS and maintain accurate inventory data for robot parts and components.
• Track shipment statuses, report incoming and ongoing deliveries, and support material and spare-part requests.
• Keep the warehouse clean and compliant with Health and Safety rules.
• Identify and implement warehouse process improvements and support the transition to the new ERP system.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a warehouse.
• Technical knowledge of machine parts and components.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and WMS systems.
• Accuracy, conscientiousness, strong organization, teamwork, and clear communication.
• English at B1 level or higher, spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP or WMS implementation.
• Good Excel skills.
• Experience conducting stocktakes and inventory counts.

• On-site interview in Warsaw including meetings with the Hardware team, problem-solving and culture-fit sessions, and a warehouse tour.
• Final decision within a maximum of 2–3 days after the on-site interview; detailed feedback is provided regardless of the decision.
