Salary: $73,698.00–$117,917.00 annually

What you will do

• Manage and administer small programs or phases of larger programs in line with objectives, schedules, and expected benefits.
• Assess needs, coordinate resources, and support program maintenance and implementation.
• Monitor program components and analyze data to evaluate progress and outcomes.
• Document and present results through operational reports, outcome studies, presentations, and publications.
• Recommend and implement program or process changes to achieve goals.
• Control program expenditures when assigned and manage vendors or contracts, including service-level agreement compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree where required.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field; 5+ years of related experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience with budgeting, office administration, process improvements, program administration, program documentation, program evaluations, program implementation, program management, project management, and resource allocation.
