Program Manager II (Population Health Analytics)

Location: Remote within California; candidates must reside in the state of California

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex Population Health Analytics programs from planning and requirements through implementation and post-launch evaluation.
• Gather requirements, create plans and schedules, manage resources, and oversee project execution and deployment.
• Coordinate business, technical, operational, vendor, and cross-functional stakeholders to meet program objectives.
• Maintain business process documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, issue lists, risk plans, clinical reporting documents, and policy materials.
• Monitor deliverables for quality standards, identify process improvements, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
• Communicate program status, negotiate resources, and manage projects through the full project life cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• At least 3 years of quality improvement, program management, or project management experience required.
• Experience gathering requirements, managing schedules and resources, coordinating stakeholders, and overseeing project execution.
• Ability to identify requirements and process problems, resolve issues, mitigate risks, and maintain detailed documentation.
• Must reside within the state of California.
