Program Manager (Energy Efficiency)

Location: Remote - Maine; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $86,300.00–$129,400.00 USD per year.

What you will do

• Deliver Efficiency Maine’s Mobile Home Initiative, supporting mobile home heat pump upgrades through rebates, loans, marketing, technical support, and stakeholder outreach.
• Provide program delivery support that achieves strong client and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain partnerships with clients, customers, registered installers, program participants, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and verbally to diverse audiences.
• Manage multiple priorities, projects, timelines, budgets, goals, and resource allocation.
• Prepare, analyze, and review reports and data to measure program performance and progress.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Relevant experience in residential energy-efficiency programs.
• Strong project and time-management skills, with an organized, proactive, and communicative working style.
• If applicable, compliance with all DOT qualification requirements and federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration-status support.
• Successful completion of pre-employment checks.
