Project Manager (International Growth Programs)

Location: Warszawa, Poland; office-first hybrid model with a 4/1 arrangement depending on the employee and team.

What you will do

• Structure, prioritize, and execute value-creation initiatives across existing international markets in Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary.
• Explore new European market expansion opportunities and structure localized value propositions for buyers and merchants.
• Lead the program control tower, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and remove delivery bottlenecks.
• Drive alignment and accountability across Commerce, Product/Tech, Marketing, Operations, and Finance without formal direct reporting lines.
• Prepare data-backed steering materials, structured updates, and decision frameworks for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience driving cross-functional projects in complex, fast-paced environments and overseeing multiple simultaneous workstreams.
• Ability to connect individual initiatives to the overall international strategy and govern program processes.
• Ability to break down ambiguous business problems into clear work assignments and actionable plans.
• Comfort working with data and metrics, scoping analytical projects, monitoring performance against targets, and coordinating financial and budgeting logic with Finance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and generate buy-in across diverse teams.
• Fluent English at C1/C2 level and professional proficiency in Polish required.
• Preferred background as a management consulting Consultant, Associate, Senior Business Analyst, Program Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
