Project Manager with German, Polish or Italian (Fixed-Term) (Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer software implementations from kick-off to go-live, managing scope, schedule, budget, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate solution design workshops and translate complex logistics requirements into modular Transporeon software solutions.
• Guide enterprise clients through change management, user training, and user support before transitioning them to Customer Care.
• Coordinate with Sales, Business Consulting, Product Management, and System Delivery teams to ensure project alignment and operational excellence.
• Identify process efficiencies, share best practices, and standardize regional project delivery frameworks.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing software or IT implementation projects from inception to completion.
• Solid understanding of SaaS delivery, scope management, schedule coordination, and project budget tracking.
• Professional experience in transportation and logistics, with solid business knowledge of transport operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, an agile mindset, and comfort navigating rapid learning curves.
• Professional working fluency in English and either German or Polish.
• Availability to onboard rapidly and independently take on customer projects within the first few months.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with formal project management frameworks such as PRINCE2.
• Additional European language skills, such as Italian.
